How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within two to three weeks of being placed.

Handling: 1 to 2 business days. After you order, we pick and pack your jar at our facility. Orders placed at the weekend are handled on the next business day.

Delivery: 5 to 10 days from dispatch. As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, you will get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.

We ship internationally, so the parcel passes through more than one carrier network on its way to you. That is also why tracking sometimes goes quiet for a few days in the middle of the journey. It is normal and it is not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
