Where do you ship to, and what does it cost?

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia.

Shipping is free

There are no shipping costs on any order, to any of those countries. No minimum spend, no thresholds and nothing added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Duties and taxes are covered

We take care of any import duties and taxes. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives, and no invoice will follow later.

Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic parcel would and why your tracking may pass through more than one carrier network on the way to you.

If a carrier ever asks you for a payment before releasing your parcel, do not pay it. That is not something we pass on to you. Take a photo or screenshot of what you have been asked for and email it to info@carezema.com. We will sort it out with the carrier and, if you have already paid something, we will reimburse you.

Delivery times

Handling takes 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 5 to 10 days from dispatch. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
