My discount code is not working

A code that will not apply is usually down to one of these:

A typo or stray space. Copy and paste it rather than typing it, and check for a space at the end.

The code has expired. Promotional codes run for a set period.

A minimum order value has not been met. Some codes only apply above a certain spend.

Another discount is already applied. Codes generally cannot be stacked, and a code will not apply on top of a subscription discount.

It is meant for a different product or a first order only.
