Is it sticky? What does it feel like on the skin?

It is not sticky. That is the question we get most often about a honey-based cream, and it is a fair one to ask.

Carezema is a cream rather than a balm or an ointment. It works into the skin rather than sitting on top of it, and most parents are surprised by how comfortable it feels once it is on.

A little goes a long way. A thin, even layer does more than a thick one, and using less is also the reason it does not feel tacky. If it does feel heavy, you have almost certainly applied more than you need.

Best applied to clean, slightly damp skin, for example straight after a bath, while the skin still holds a little moisture.

On clothes and bedding. Give it a minute to settle before putting pyjamas on, the same as you would with any cream.

Carezema is a skin protectant cream that helps soothe and temporarily relieve the itch and irritation of eczema. It is not a medical treatment or a cure.
